RETURNS

All sales of CD’s, BOX SET’s and BOOKS are final once shipped. Please be absolutely sure of your selections at the time of ordering. 

SHIPPING

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an updated invoice containing the banking details and shipping amount. Shipping is calculated based on weight of package and destination to be shipped. Please note that for international shipments, items may be located at our USA or EU hub. Shipment will be done from the closest hub to ensure the most cost-effective shipping.

CANCELATIONS

If you placed an order by mistake and would like to cancel the order, please contact info@johnedmond.co.za as soon as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed if final shipment has already been processed upon contacting us.

USB’s

Should you order a USB that seems to have a problem, contact our support team at network@skycitysa.co.za, and USB will be repaired remotely via ANYDESK or alternate remote connection method.
